Fitness Assessment

For the sports person regular fitness assessing is essential to monitor and ensure optimal sporting performance. To achieve this I use a series of tests incorporating various aspects of your sport and are conducted in the "kit / uniform" that you normally wear when participating in your sport and carrying relevant equipment e.g. bat, racquet, ball etc..

Included in this section are various agility tests, power tests and recovery rate tests. The fitness assessments can be conducted on an individual basis or better still arrange for the entire squad to be assessed together. This works best with certain assessments like the Multi Stage Fitness Test ("Bleep Test") which also encourages team bonding and competitiveness.

After your assessment you will receive a comprehensive report and recommendations as to what further actions may be required.
